Stitch Golf Junior Invitational Announces Invitation Criteria

Registration Opens August 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM

RALEIGH, N.C. — Stitch Golf and Drip Golf have announced the invitation criteria for the inaugural Stitch Golf Junior Invitational, set for November 21-22, 2026, at Lonnie Poole Golf Course in Raleigh, NC. The tournament will feature a premier field of junior golfers competing on one of the top collegiate venues in the country, home of the NC State Wolfpack golf programs.

Registration for invited players will open on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM.

The Stitch Golf Junior Invitational field will be built through a competitive invitation process designed to identify elite junior players across multiple age divisions. Invitations will be extended based on a combination of national and regional rankings, scoring averages, performance in major junior championships, and results from established junior events throughout the Carolinas and the East Coast.

Invitational Criteria

Members of the USGA National Development Program State Teams from Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia

  1. Top 100 on Junior Golf Scoreboard Boys’ Rankings as of September 15, 2026
  2. Top 50 players on Carolinas Junior Rankings as of September 15, 2026
  3. Top 10 on the 2025-2026 DGT final Tour Standings, minus any 2026 graduates
  4. Top 3 players in the Dustin Johnson Junior Boys’, March 6-8
    1. William Lisle, Chase Bauer, and Theodore Snyder
  5. Top 3 players in the Boys' 16-18 Division in The Ten Memorial Junior, May 15-16
    1. Nico Ward, Ravi Desai, Ty Hartman, Rocco Bautti
  6. Top 3 players in the Boys’ 15-18 Division in the Scott Robertson Memorial, May 15-17
    1. Drake Harvey, Noah MacLauchlan, Ty Willoughby, Heath Harvey
  7. Top 3 players in the International Junior Masters Championship Division, June 22-26
  8. Top 5 players in the Boys’ 15-18 Division in the Future Masters, June 20-27
  9. Top 3 players in the Boys’ 15-18 Division in the North & South Junior, June 22-24
  10. Top 5 players in the Drip Golf Member's Only Qualifier, June 29
  11. Winners of all 2026 CGA Boys’ Championships/Invitationals
  12. Winners of all Drip Golf Tour (High School Boys’ Division) events since November 15, 2025

Entry is open to the first 96 invited players to register beginning on August 24, 2026, at 7 pm.
Earning an invitation does not guarantee a spot in the tournament.
Players who have not earned an invitation may submit a player resume for review and consideration by the tournament committee.

An 18-hole qualifier will be held on November 8, 2026, at Longleaf G&FC in Southern Pines, NC, for players who have not earned an invitation, with a minimum of five spots available in the tournament proper.
